Annual Meeting

The Body Mill Estates Home Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held June 28, 2010 at 7 pm in the Williamson County Public Library on Columbia Avenue. All homeowners and residents are welcome to attend.

Reminders

  • Trash cans must be stored away from view from the street. Trash is picked-up Tuesday mornings.
  • If you walk your pet in the neighborhood, please be courteous and pick-up your pets messes.
  • Board of Directors meets on the second Monday of every month at 7pm at the J.L. Clay Community Center in Downtown Franklin. Homeowners/residents are always welcome.
  • The playgroud area will be under construction periodically this summer. Please bear with us.
